Shipping

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, most US orders arrive within 5-9 business days. Free standard shipping on all US orders over $70.

Returns & Refunds

Not vibing with your tumbler? You have 30 days from delivery to send it back for a full refund. Email help@hexhaus.shop with your order number to get started.

Order Tracking

You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships. You can also visit our Track Order page anytime.

Product Care

Hand washing is recommended to protect the finish and insulation seal. Lids and straws are top-rack dishwasher safe.
